TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an enquiry or confirming an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Enquiry-Based Supply
We operate primarily on an enquiry and order-confirmation basis. Products displayed or offered by us may not be held as ready stock.

Subject to Stock Availability
All products, quantities, prices and delivery timelines are subject to availability at the time of final order confirmation. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee availability of any product.

Stock Procurement
We do not necessarily own, hold or maintain inventory of the products displayed or offered. Products may be sourced or arranged from our suppliers, distributors or other supply channels only after an order is confirmed.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify or cancel any enquiry or order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing changes, supplier issues or other circumstances. Where applicable, any amount already received for goods that we are unable to supply will be handled in accordance with the agreed refund or settlement terms.

Price Variation
Prices displayed, quoted or communicated are indicative unless specifically confirmed in writing. Final prices may vary depending on stock availability, quantity, supplier pricing, market conditions and other applicable factors at the time of order confirmation.

Taxes & Additional Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all quoted rates are exclusive of GST. Delivery, freight, shipping, handling, packaging and any other applicable charges or taxes will be charged separately, wherever applicable.

Product Images & Actual Products
Product images are provided for reference and representation purposes. The actual product, packaging, colour, shade, size, design, labelling or other visual details may vary from the images displayed due to manufacturer updates, batch variations, photography, screen settings or other factors.

Delivery Timeline
Any delivery timeline communicated is an estimate and is subject to product availability, procurement, logistics and other circumstances. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Order Confirmation
An enquiry, quotation or product selection does not by itself constitute final acceptance of an order. An order will be considered confirmed only after availability, final pricing, applicable charges and other commercial terms have been communicated and accepted.

Acceptance of Terms
By confirming an order, making payment or proceeding with a purchase after receiving the final commercial terms, the customer will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
