1. Shipping Timeline

• All standard orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• In case of high order volume, shipping may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Made-to-Order / Size Production Timelines

• If the ordered size is already available, we ship it within 4–5 working days.
• If the size needs to be manufactured after placing the order, production takes 2–3 days, and shipping takes an additional 7–8 days after production is completed.

2. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
We will try our best to correct it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order enters processing.

3. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, it may be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Violetear Lifestyle LLP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please report the issue to your local courier or local authorities.

5. Return Request Window

We allow returns within 5 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold the order until all items are available and then dispatch together.
You may contact us if you prefer split shipping (extra charges may apply).

7. Import Duty and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country.
